ACER Nordic is now looking for an experienced and customer-driven Retail Sales Manager to join their team of skilled and passionate employees.

The new Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for both the Danish and the Swedish retail market, and will be reporting directly to the head of the Nordics

 

You will have a number of Key Account Managers, reporting directly to you, and you will also have direct contact with a couple of ACER`s most important customers

 

Location: Denmark, Hellerup office.



Key Tasks / success criteria:

 

  • Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers / Partners / Resellers

 

  • Build relationships and understand customer / Partner / Reseller business to provide appropriate products or solutions.

 

  • Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers / Partners / resellers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.

 

  • Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers / partners / resellers. Utilize your product knowledge to deliver and explain the value proposition to the customers

 

  • Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer / Partner / reseller relationships and add new partnerships.

 

  • Develop and maximize ACER presence and market share in designated accounts / Partners / Resellers and territory;

 

  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in the consumer Sales Organization.

 

  • Domestic travel within the Nordics – 2 days / week travelling (25-50% overall time).

 

 

Professional qualifications & Personal characteristics:

 

  • You have experience with business development, Sales management and quota achievements trough channel driven sales

 

  • Experience from a large industry company will be an advantage. Your personality is however a key factor as is your aptitude to work in a team environment with diversified cultural aspects. 

 

  • You have good insights in partner companies’ value proposition to ensure a mutual profitable collaboration, and co-selling working through customer objectives. As such, you are effective in qualifying sales and reseller opportunities and account management. 

 

  • You are a skillful communicator, strong presenter, an organizational standout colleague, and you listen to your customers / partners / resellers, and your colleagues, possessing strong sales and negotiation skills. 

 

  • Every day, you demonstrate your ability to prioritize efforts trusting your and your team’s judgment to achieve objectives.

 

  • You have strong analytical skills. Handling a large number of contributors around you, you maintain the ability to operate in a complex environment, working on issues and projects. 

 

  • As a person, you have a high-energy drive, an ambitious mindset seeking to seal and exceed business goals, demonstrating diverse interests and meeting demanding deadlines. 

 

  • You are flexible, customer-oriented and you are comfortable in culturally diversified environments

Language & IT:

 

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish or/and Swedish and English. Additional Scandinavian language is a plus.

 

  • Fully IT literate

 

  • Experience of using modern sales CRM systems

Your direct leader will be Nordic country manager, Henrik Frydahl
