Honeywell PMT (Performance Materials and Technologies) group in Sweden is now looking for an experienced and customer-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team of skilled and passionate experts.

Location: Stockholm or Örebro office.

Key Tasks / success criteria:

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Process Solutions organization;

Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions;

Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives;

Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers

Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization;

Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory;

Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.

Professional qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Account Management / Project Manager / Outside Sales Specialist / Operations Manager role, Preferable with process control systems within Pulp & Paper industry

Proven track record in sales or delivery management

Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills both in English and Swedish

Proven business acumen in driving growth on the face of challenges via capitalization of key Honeywell solution differentiators

Experienced in the use of prospecting and Strategic Value Based Selling

Skills in areas of planning and holding commercial negotiations

Personal characteristics:

A total commitment to delivering customer service;

Strong commercial background and awareness

Strong ability to manage through influence

Ability and willingness to travel and generate customer demand in various parts of Sweden

(Desirable)   Proven interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish credibility and effective working relationships with both external and internal parties, i.e. customers and key influencers.

Ability to communicate and collaborate at executive management levels internally and externally

Demonstrated experience in conflict management

Customer-oriented approach

Language & IT:

Fluency in Swedish and English (written and oral)

Fully IT literate.
